Gain practical insights to realign and live a more purposeful and fulfilling life. Don't miss this transformative discussion that will empower you to make positive changes as you enter the new year.
Key Takeaways:
- Carla explains the difference between New Year’s Resolutions vs Vision-Casting. She asks “Are you walking in God’s plan and purpose for your life?”
Carla’s Reflection Process:
1. Write down what you truly value (ex. Faith, family, financial freedom, health, loving others, etc - be specific!)
2. Think about the past year and assess how you’ve lived up to those values.
3. Identify how much time you spend on daily activities - audit your time!
4. Compare your time audit to your listed values.
- Just because you spend a lot of time at work, etc, doesn’t mean you can’t manifest your values with your time. When given the option between A&B, what do you choose?
- Audit your thought life, heart posture (did you spend time in fear or courage, etc) to supplement how you understand your use of time.Be honest, but receive GRACE for yourself in this process. You can’t adjust your behavior without understanding how you mess up.
A reflection of your values measured against time spent will help you start the year renewed and aligned to God’s purpose for your life.
Connect with God to ensure your values align with Him. Invite the Holy Spirit to reveal misalignment in your life. Repentance is key to moving forward.
Affirmation
