God's faithfulness in speaking to individuals

Kelly talks about her experience of starting a business and how she felt overwhelmed by social media and other people's expectations. She realized that she was not following God's call but was trying to keep up with the world as it was displayed on social media. To reorient herself, she stopped consuming social media and focused on what God wanted her to do.

Importance of knowing God's word to hear his voice

Kelly started paying attention to her heart and the verse Proverbs 4:20, "Guard your heart, for out of it is the wellspring of life," spoke to her.

She continued to lean on that verse and let God guide her and teach her how to fiercely protect her heart - both physically and spiritually.

Entrepreneurship as a mental and emotional journey

Kelly & Carla discuss the importance of taking care of oneself in three different aspects and applying them both physically and spiritually:

What do you consume?
Do the foods you consume nurture you? Do the words you consume, the thoughts you have about yourself, nurture you? Practice intention with your consumption.
How do you exercise?
Just as important as moving our body, it’s important to exercise one's faith, stepping out in faith and trusting in God's promises.
How do you rest?
You can practice resting, both physically and spiritually, by trusting in God and His plan for your life.
